Clown (2016)

CLOWN is a story of a loving father who dons a clown outfit and makeup to perform at his son’s sixth birthday, only to later discover that the costume – red nose and wig included- will not come off and his own personality changes in a horrific fashion. To break the curse of the evil outfit, the father must make grim choices with his own family facing danger.

Produced by Eli Roth and directed by Jon Watts, Clown hits select theaters June 17th.

Carnage Park (2016)

This pure-pulp thrill ride jumps between past and present as it pieces together the puzzle of a shocking crime. It’s 1978 and a bank robbery gone wrong leaves Vivian the hostage of two criminals on the run. But things go from bad to off-the-rails berserk when she and her captors wind up on the sun-baked desert outpost of a deranged ex-military sniper, who ensnares them in his deadly game of cat and mouse. Rising horror auteur Mickey Keating directs this gritty, grisly homage to the glory days of grindhouse cinema.

The newest film from Mickey Keating (Pod, Darling & Ritual) looks to be a gritty thrill-ride that we’re ready to take! Carnage Park comes out July 1st!

Field of Screams (2017)

In Willow’s Grove, baseball is a way of life. After a bad call during a local championship game, a group of rabid parents corner Stumpy the umpire. They get more than they bargained for when the encounter ends in murder. After almost a decade in a psychiatric hospital, Stumpy returns for revenge on the home team. Grab your peanuts and crackerjack because this bloodbath is going into extra innings!

I’m really digging this concept trailer for the 80’s styled VHS slasher released in Modern Day. Hopefully we’ll be seeing this one soon!

The Purge: Election Year (2016)

It’s been two years since Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo) stopped himself from a regrettable act of revenge on Purge Night.  Now serving as head of security for Senator Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell), his mission is to protect her in a run for president and survive the annual ritual that targets the poor and innocent.  But when a betrayal forces them onto the streets of D.C. on the one night when no help is available, they must stay alive until dawn…or both be sacrificed for their sins against the state.

The third installment in the Purge series, “Election Year” hits theaters July 4th weekend.
